yyswie.com ships worldwide with fast local shipping and fast international shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations. We put the user experience at first position, we will try our best to dispatch the items to you ASAP.
1. General
In general, we ship the orders in 1(one) business day and ships at 3:00 every business day(except weekend or holidays). Holidays or vacations may delay about 2-3 business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are $9.9 for every order. Purchase over $60 shipping is FREE. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Tax
All our price is excluded any VAT and tax, there is no tax charged if items is shipped from correspond regions. Like US to US, EU to EU regions. For other regions, we declare the lower value in custom if no specific requirement.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Shipping Domestically
We have warehouses in US West, US East, Germany, UK and Shenzhen, China. You can choose the shipping location in the shipping options.
4.2 Shipping Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 - 12 days. This
varies greatly depending on the locations. Regions except United States, Europe, Czech and Russia will ship the items from our Shenzhen Asia warehouse.
4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched. Once you need to change the address after the order has been dispatched, you need to afford the extra fees.
4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation. Once the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time 7 days more, you can contact us to refund the shipping fee if shipping is charged.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box address, we accept door to door address only.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are unable to ship to Military Address.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
4.8 Return Your Product

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged and lost In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged or lost in-transit, please get in touch with our customer service ASAP. We will request the photos to open a dispute with the delivery service and guide you for the next step with replacement.
7. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.
